Conditions vary, generally B+ / A-. Paper. In 1920 Kauffer designed six images that depicted the botanical variety and splendor that was within easy access of all Londoners. "Kauffer rapidly developed from traditional poster art towards what is recognised today as graphic design . . . [These images] create an intelligent and eye-catching pattern that would have equal rights if displayed at any reputable art gallery instead of on an Underground poster-hoarding" (www.designmuseum.org).
